I need a capture card to make montages on halo 3?

I want one that i don’t have to install just plug in or something like that.
I also woud like it to be a $100 or less.

The only problem you’ll have with the really cheap capture cards is that they won’t do hardware encoding so you’re CPU will have to be utilized, but this is only a problem if you have a really bad PC (500mhz or lower).
Also you’ll need and a/v switch so that it outputs to both your TV and your PC. You can hook it up straight to your PC but there is a delay and even cards that say they don’t have a delay have minor ones where it can be a real annoyance.

Size of photos for video montage?

I’m making a video montage of photographs for a couple’s wedding. What size should the photos be, for a video with the standard 4:3 aspect ratio? I want to try and have them fill the screen.
Thanks! Unfortunately most of them are actual photographs I’ve had to scan in at a high res.
depends on the quality of the picture. If you have a 3 mega pixel image blown up to 1600 x 1200 it may look grainy whereas an 8 mp image won’t.
You can feasibly use ANY 4:3 ratio because when in fullscreen mode, the image will take up the whole screen anyway. stay between 800:600 and 1600:1200 to be safe, and do a dry-run before the presentation./
What is a great classic Hawaii song for montage of vacation pictures?

I’m preparing a video montage of pictures from my recent Hawaii vacation and want to use a very uptempo Hawaii-esque song. Preferably including a ukulele or Elvis. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
Elvis’ Hawaiian works (as wonderful and talented a singer as he was) would hardly classify as "classic Hawaiian". The Beach Boys’ surfing themes centered around the Southern California.
The following songs are very upbeat, includes ukulele, and are modern contemporary classics: Drop Baby Drop, Feel Good Island Music, Aloha Friday, Pata Pata, Masese, Tahiti-Tahiti, Island Style, Ki Taku Poi E, Ua Tofia.
For earlier up-tempo classics, look up works performed by Palani Vaughn, Makaha Sons, Keali’i Reichel, Peter Moon, the Beamer Bros., including Hula Kahiko chants.

I’d like a song that expresses a sense of thanks, to show how I appreciate my mother a lot, but also an apologetic or regretful feeling like I’m sorry for being a bad daughter.
i really like the song Upward over the Mountain by Iron & Wine for example, but not sure it is the perfect song…any suggestions are greatly appreciated! thanks!

What is the job title for a person who makes montages and/or trailers?

I am utterly infatuated with making montages. Currently only have experience in games, however anything that is synchronized with music will do it for me. Any ideas? Or does this job not exist?
The closest thing would be just an editor.
There are specific companies or divisions within studios that do just the trailers. Being the editor you will have access to the clips. But there will most likely be a senior designer who has already had a meeting with the client, and has a list of all their wants and needs. Then they throw that info to the editor–who might also have been included in the meetings.
You will probably have to come up with a few options based on the client’s list. And you will probably be able to make a few that match your own vision. The senior designer and sometimes the client will check in with the versions and then pick what they like, and tell you what to change.
I too love trailers–and I also really like the title sequences of films–that is also a job that is done by a separate company that specializes in that sort of thing.

UVERworld is one of my favorite bands ever, and I noticed that I had quite a few pictures of them, so I decided one day when I had a lot of free time to make a photo montage of them. The song in this montage is D-tecnoLife, by UVERworld, from their Timeless album and also used as the Bleach opening song.

Montage will be up in a month tops. I really, really love the colors in this vid. I heard this song whilst dancing drunk last night and the following morning it was completey stuck in my head. Soooo I maded a vid3o f0r yu d00dz. I started including gunshots, lol. Anddd, I finally decided to stop being a lazy and learnt some After Effects stuff. The sole purpose of this was to preview the amount of energy which will be expressed in my upcoming montage. Filmed in 2 games.
